Ingredients
- 2 package (12 ounce each) soft silken tofu
- ½ cup oil
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup cocoa
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
Directions
In a blender or electric mixer, blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Pour into eight 5 ounce individual serving containers. Chill until firm and serve.
Top with whipped topping, if desired.
Yield: 8 servings. Per ½ cup serving: 330 calories, 17 g fat (2.5 g sat fat), 5 g protein (all soy protein), 43 g carbohydrate, 75 mg sodium, 0 mg cholesterol, 1 g dietary fiber.
